Success4Life provides services through the Wisconsin Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)     program in multiple counties across the state. Our team works in partnership with county CCS         programs to support youth and adults in developing skills that promote independence, recovery, and long-term success.

Success4Life currently provides services in the following counties:

• Dane County

• Marquette County

• Kenosha County

• Rock County

• Jefferson County

• Walworth County

We continue to expand our services and partnerships throughout Wisconsin to ensure individuals have access to high-quality skill development, employment training, and wellness support services.
