Our programs are designed to help youth and adults build practical skills, improve stability, and work toward long-term success in school, employment, and daily life.

Wisconsin Counties Served

Success4Life provides services through the Wisconsin Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)     program in multiple counties across the state. Our team works in partnership with county CCS programs to support youth and adults in developing skills that promote independence, recovery, and long-term success.

Success4Life currently provides services in the following counties:

Colorado Partnerships

Success4Life provides services throughout the state of Colorado through partnerships with the Colorado Division of Youth Services, Colorado Probation, local Departments of Human Services, school districts, and private agencies.Our Colorado services focus on individualized mentoring, life skills development, and academic support for youth and young adults who may benefit from additional guidance and structure.Services may include:One-on-one mentoring and coachingLife skills development and independent living supportAcademic support and educational guidanceGoal setting and personal developmentCommunity-based skill building and positive engagementReferral partners may include probation officers, case managers, school staff, social workers, and private agencies seeking individualized support services for youth.
